  • Notification rules per team, so each team decides what reaches Slack.
  • Link unfurls turn a pasted issue link into a preview.
  • DMs for what is meant for you, not the whole channel.

How it works

  1. Connect SlackFrom Settings > Integrations in AgentTask, and approve the app in your Slack workspace.
  2. Choose an intake channelMessages posted there turn into issues.
